Poker Technical Accessing Poker Log Files (DE, MI, PA, WV)

 

 

 

To access your Poker Log files:
 

 

Sending Logs from a PC/Mac

 

Please follow these 3 steps to send us your logs from a PC or Mac:

 

  • Step 1 - Locate your Log files
  • Step 2 - Compress/Zip your Logs folder
  • Step 3 - Send Logs via your registered email

 

Step 1, Locate your Log files

Locate Logs manually

 

  • Windows:
    • Open Windows File Explorer;
    • Enter: %AppData%\Rush Street Interactive\BetRiversPoker
  • Mac:
    • Open Finder;
    • In the system menu, navigate to "Go" > "Go to Folder" or press the keyboard shortcut CMD + Shift + G
    • In the prompt, copy the following and paste it in: "~/Library/Application Support/com.rushstreetinteractive.poker.desktop.client/"
    • A "Logs" folder should be listed. 

 

Navigate to your Logs via Poker app

 

  1. Access the Poker Settings area from within the Poker Lobby - click on the Settings icon in the top-right:

  2. Go to "Help & Support":

  3. Then click "Open Poker Logs":

Step 2, Compress/zip your Log files

Once you locate your "Logs” directory/folder, please compress/zip it:

 

  • Windows: Right-click on the “Logs” directory > “Send to” > “Compressed (zipped) folder”
  • Mac: Secondary-click > “Compress ‘logs’”

 

 

Step 3, Send Logs via your registered email

Please send/attach your logs with a description of the issue/s you’ve experienced:
 

 

 

 

 

Sending Logs from a Mobile device

 

Please follow these 2 steps to send us your logs:

 

  • Step 1 – Locate the “Share Logs” option in the app
  • Step 2 – Share Logs via your registered email address

 

 

Step 1, Locate the “Share Logs” option

  1. Access the Poker Settings area from the dotted menu in the Poker Lobby:

  2. Go to "Poker Settings":

  3. Go to "Help & Support":

  4. Then select "Share Logs":

Step 2, Share Logs via your registered email

Select your mail app and send your Logs via your registered email, with a description of the issue/s you’ve experienced, to:
